ESD assembly table with ERGO-Basic

As part of modernizing its production lines, Agtatec AG, a member of the Record Group, chose ESD-optimized ERGO-line workstations. This delivered lasting improvements in ergonomics, flexibility, and process reliability at the assembly stations.

Client background and challenges

The existing production lines needed to be renewed and aligned with current requirements. A top priority was ergonomic workstation design and the safe handling of electronic components.

Solution and Results

They chose the ERGO-Basic in the ESD version. Thanks to the conductive powder coating in accordance with IEC 61340-5-1, only the worktop required special adaptation. The result: modern assembly workstations that are both ergonomic and ESD-safe, meeting stringent quality requirements.
