ERGO-Basic - Flexible assembly tables for the medical device industry

For Hamilton Medical, a new assembly line with ERGO-Basic tables was implemented – flexibly adaptable, ergonomic, and ideal for modular assemblies.

Starting point and challenge

To make ventilator manufacturing more efficient, Hamilton Medical relies on preassembled modules. These modules must be put together quickly and precisely, with flexible workflows. Because the end products continually evolve, they needed an assembly table solution that adapts to new requirements while enabling ergonomic work.

Solution and results

With the versatile ERGO-Basic assembly table system, a flexible, future-proof solution was created. The workstations are adjustable, modularly expandable, and enable efficient execution of production processes. Thanks to the high build quality and thoughtful ergonomics, both work speed and employee comfort have improved.
