ESD assembly workstations for modern manufacturing

For WESCO AG, we supplied modular ERGO-Basic workstations with ESD protection to create a flexible, ergonomic production line.

Background and challenge

To modernize its manufacturing, WESCO AG needed height-adjustable, ESD-protected assembly workstations that adapt easily to changing requirements. A key challenge was to connect assembly steps efficiently across one continuous work surface—even with table lengths up to 6000 mm.

Solution and results

With the ERGO-Basic we chose a modular workstation solution with smooth, continuous height adjustment, ESD protection and full configurability. The workstations were precisely tailored to the assembly processes and equipped with matching accessories such as LED lights, add-on structures and transport carts included. This created a seamless, future-proof production line.
