ESD-Assembly Tables with ERGO-Vario Plus

To optimize its manufacturing processes, KNF Micro AG chose ERGO-line height-adjustable workstation systems. With ERGO-Vario Plus, ergonomic and ESD-compliant workstations were created that efficiently support assembly processes.

Client background and challenges

KNF Micro AG set high requirements for the design of its workstations: in addition to clearly defined specifications for integrating machinery into the overall process, the handling of small parts had to be precisely considered. A critical prerequisite was also the implementation of ESD-compliant workstations.

Solution and Outcome

To meet these requirements, height-adjustable ERGO-Vario Plus workstation systems in an ESD configuration were selected. They not only enable ergonomic work but also offer a modular system that can be precisely tailored to the customer's specifications. On-site installation according to Visualizations ensured seamless integration into the manufacturing process.
