Ergonomic packing and assembly workstations for Ochsner Hockey AG

Customised packing, preparation and workstations were installed for Ochsner Hockey AG. The modular solution improves ergonomics, process efficiency and visibility in the goods-out area, and supports structured warehouse and dispatch operations.

Client background and challenges

Ochsner Hockey AG planned the refurbishment and optimisation of its warehouse and goods dispatch area in Embrach. The aim was to make existing processes more efficient whilst creating ergonomic working conditions.

The challenge lay in optimally integrating different work areas such as packing tables, preparation stations and specific workstations (e.g. textile printing or IT workstations). Furthermore, high standards regarding flexibility, structure and material organisation had to be met.

Solution and result

ERGO-line developed a comprehensive workstation concept based on modular ERGO-Basic and ERGO-Light systems. Several custom-configured workstations were installed, including packing tables in the goods dispatch area, preparation tables, specialised workstations, and additional storage and organisation solutions.

The workstations were fitted with perforated profiles, shelves, folding box magazines, label holders and an integrated power supply. Height-adjustable table systems ensure ergonomic working, whilst well-designed fixtures enable a structured and efficient way of working.

The result is an optimally organised, flexible and ergonomic workspace that significantly supports and improves daily logistics processes.
